All you need is e-banker with a personal checking account or credit card. Then, just follow a few simple steps to get started and you'll be able to:

  • Transfer Funds

  • Order New Cheque Books

  • View Account Transactions

  • Download Transactions

  • Print Transactions

Move funds between nominated accounts

A user can request the movement of funds from one account to another. Not all accounts can partake in fund movement, only those nominated for such transactions by the bank. 

 

Order new cheque books

A user is allowed to order check books for his/her accounts. You can request for more than one check book at the same time. Appropriate charges will be applied to your account. 


View account transactions

An account may or may not have transactions. By default, the system displays transactions on an account for the last 10 days. However, the user can change request transaction for any range of dates. You are allowed to view transactions only if your system administrator has granted you that right.


Download account transactions

In order to conduct further analysis on your transactions, our online banking system allows to download transactions on specific accounts to Microsoft Excel or any other application that can read Comma Separated Variables (CSV) files. However, your manager has to enable this feature and give you, the user, a right to do so. 


Print statement of accounts

You can print a statement of accounts for any specified period if allowed to do so by the system administrator. Account statements are generated in Adobe PDF format by default and will require Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to open.
